About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you would be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying talent to drive exceptional business results. You would be responsible for / should have experience in... -Creating job descriptions and post openings in leading job portals. -Managing end to end recruitment activities from sourcing till placement -Managing the on-boarding & orientation of candidates -Coordinate with recruitment partners -Plan and manage campus recruitment drives -Maintaining and updating employees data -Maintaining historical employee records -Preparing various HR letters (Offer letter, appointment letter, relieving letters, etc) -Knowledge on EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance -Knowledge on Payroll Processing, Absenteeism, Attendance, Leave management, employee engagement and exit formalities.
