As a 'Test Manager' you would be responsible for / should have experience in...
1. Delivery Management
- Managing client relationship
- Managing delivery team
- Solutioning and approach
2. People Management
- Coaching, mentoring of testing resources
- Provide high quality technical guidance
- Manage hiring/recruitment, resource allocation across QA teams
3. Play role of Senior Technical Resource
- Lead our efforts in testing across multiple apps, devices, mobile apps, web applications, web services and databases
- Review team’s deliverables
- Contribute in test designing, wherever required
-Work with the Management and Team leads to improve QA policies and standards
4. P&L responsibility-Contracted and new business from existing customers
5. Increasing breadth and depth of services in existing accounts
6. Creation of reusable service and process components
7. Overall team and customer satisfaction
We’d love to hear from you if you have..
-10-12 years of experience in QA with 3+ years in Delivery/Project Management or equivalent role
-Must have experience either in Corporate or Retail Banking Domain
-Extensive hands-on experience in Manual testing. Knowledge of test automation, test standards, processes, estimation, methodologies and tools
-Proven track record of 6+ years of experience as a team Lead/Manager
-Strong leadership skills to lead a team or multiple teams of highly motivated QA engineers who are involved in various testing functions associated with designated projects
-Hands on testing experience with web applications
-Sound knowledge of web services testing, networks, database and web application concepts
-Maintain a strong understanding of appropriate industry standards and keep up to date with best practices and have high-level idea of disruptions in the industry
-Participate in review of teams test plans, strategies, project plans & any other deliverable
-Be responsible for ensuring that the customer's business outcome is delivered
-Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal and presentation skills
-Ability to operate in a difficult customer relations environment in leadership roles
-Strong customer and delivery focus
