ZENCX SME/Engagement Manager will manage ZENCX engagement with Go-Live Faster Financial Institution (FI) clients’ online banking, acquisition, and other platform customer conversions. SME/Engagement Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Customer Conversion Plan all of which to be based upon industry best practices, tailored to the bank’s objectives & deliverables. The Customer Conversion Plan will include the strategy/tactics for tier 1, 2 and 3 bank customer and related communications plan, training plan, outbound and inbound call journey design and detailed process and artifacts for all components.
