Position: ZENCX SME/ Engagement Manager

Overview

ZENCX SME/Engagement Manager will manage ZENCX engagement with Go-Live Faster Financial Institution (FI) clients’ online banking, acquisition, and other platform customer conversions. SME/Engagement Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Customer Conversion Plan all of which to be based upon industry best practices, tailored to the bank’s objectives & deliverables. The Customer Conversion Plan will include the strategy/tactics for tier 1, 2 and 3 bank customer and related communications plan, training plan, outbound and inbound call journey design and detailed process and artifacts for all components.

  • Unquestionable work ethic, and highly professional.

Experience:

  • 10 years working within a commercial/retail bank or equivalent experience as a consultant to a financial institution.
  • 5+ years project management, preferably at bank or financial services firm. PMP not required, but a plus.
  • 5+ years working within an online banking, core banking, payment system or client facing platform conversion.

Domain knowledge:

  • On-line Banking (DragonFly, Bottomline Tech, Q2, D3, Fiserv, FIS, etc.)
  • Card Payments (RPPS, FDR, Tsys) Consumer, Commercial
  • Commercial Payment Products & Operations - Wire, ACH, Loan, (ACI, Fundtech, Pep+)
  • Consumer Payment Operations - bill pay, Core, DDA, Check, etc. (support entire bank)
  • TM Product & Operations - lockbox, ARP, deposit escrow,
  • Deposits: DDA, CDA, TDA, Core Systems (Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, etc.)
  • Lending: Commercial, Consumer, Card
  • Ideal candidates have fungible skills and experience that can be effectively applied in multiple bank engagements.

Travel and Work Locations:

Required to travel client locations and be on-site (2 weeks on-site, 2-week home office or GLF office, repeat)
