Skill Set:

  • Responsible for inbound/ outbound calls
  • Lead web-based training session(s) with clients on the phone utilizing Skype for Business (or any equivalent tool)
  • Exposure to US Banking platforms and technologies
  • Work closely with small businesses and less complex business clients
  • Consults with Clients and Customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services
  • Identify client/customer needs and offer appropriate products, services, and solutions


  • Minimum 1+ years of Treasury and/or Wealth Management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with ACH & Wire Transfer, & related bank services & applications with small business, commercial, and corporate customers.
  • Experience working in branch, operations, customer service, or other commercial banking or wealth management areas is required.


  • Minimum 5+ years of Treasury and/or Wealth Management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with online banking treasury and/or wealth management, ACH & Wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps/services, and related bank services and applications with commercial, and corporate customers.
  • Experience as a Treasury and/or Wealth Management sales resource, product manager, senior customer service agent, or on-line banking/wire transfer/investment platform conversions is required.


  • BS in banking/business or equivalent experience
