Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Executive, you will be based out of Pune, and your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:

• Administer payroll, using various tools and partnering with external payroll company to deliver flawless payments.
• Update daily accounting and data updating.
• Prepare and analyse accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, balance sheet, operating metrics, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow.
• Maintain control of the following areas: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, expense reports, billing, and payroll.
• Preparation of the draft audited financial statements and all tax returns.
• Take charge of all compliance including payments & filing.
• Working Capital and Currents assets management through Investments in India and the US.
• Project wise SOW and MSA analysis and variance reporting.
• Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial scenarios as requested.

Qualifications/Prerequisites :

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with CA or equivalent Education.
  
• Ability to work independently.
  
• Expertise with tools like Tally, QuickBooks & Excel.
  
• Should be well organized and have advanced problem-solving skills, as well as be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
