Job Description –
Duties Architect, develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes and also use our company’s test automation frameworks to assist clients
Design the Test strategy related to User acceptance testing (UAT), Readiness to Implement (RTI), Readiness to Migrate (RTM), and RTD (Readiness to Deploy) solutions.
Ensure that the Go-Live test strategy and test plan are designed to support UAT, RTI, RTM and RTD execution remained aligned with Go-Live Faster line of business team’s business strategy with thorough validation to test the high priority, data points, algorithms
Job Requirements –
Demonstrated delivery mindset and thought leadership, while executing in complex multi-client, multi-project environment
Corporate ( Commercial ) , Retail ( Consumer ) Banking and /or Payment’s experience is necessary.
Commercial, Consumer, Healthcare Cards knowledge is desirable.
Experience in Web and Mobile Application Testing is necessary.
Experience in Test Strategy, Plan and Scheduling.
Extensive experience in Test design and Test execution.
Experience in designing and executing in Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile modes.
Experience in defect logging, management, and tracking.
In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC phases and testing methodologies, processes
Experience in identifying, leading, managing and scheduling of team members.
Expertise in Client Reporting, Scrum Demos, Backlog Planning, Retrospectives and Stand-ups.
Expertise with setting and executing project via QA Management tools ( ALM, Jira, QAC, etc.)
Excellent verbal, written and representation communication skills.
Good analytical reasoning
Required Educational Qualification –
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Test Engineer, QA Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
